He/She will make substantial technical contributions to the success of the department using proven solutions for complex technical problems. He/She will listen to customer feedback, recognize opportunities and provide feedback for technical innovation. Decision could impact quality and schedule of projects but would generally be contained to the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and provide remote and on-site technical assistance to service teams and customers.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform PLC programming, image detection, sensing technology, etc. according to product requirements.
• Carry out installation of process instrumentation, testing and commissioning job at site.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems for upgrades or retrofits.
• Configure and calibrate electrical components such as sensors, drives, motors, PLCs, and safety devices.
• Coordinate with software and mechanical teams for integrated system adjustments.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and control panels.
• Perform corrective maintenance to restore system functionality and reduce downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Identify required spare parts for maintenance and repairs.
• Work with the procurement team to ensure availability of critical electrical components.

Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS)

• Follow all EHSS procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards
• Ensure compliance of all facility equipments in accordance to regulations
• Ensure compliance of daily activity in facility within the regulatory permissible limit.

Cost Reduction

He/She is responsible for reducing costs associated within the area. This responsibility may include owning and completing cost reduction projects, identifying cost effective sustaining/manufacturing improvements, minimizing regular expenditures, and helping to promote a cost conscious culture.

Job Duties 

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening and selection, reference checks, employment contracts, security clearance, educational background check, and work pass processing. 

• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical p-files), ensuring all staff documentation is complete, organized, and compliant. 

• Coordinate end-to-end pre-onboarding to onboarding and pre-offboarding to offboarding process. 

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal employment policies, and audit standards. 

• Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting cycles, mid-year/annual reviews, and KPI tracking. Conducting probationary and/or initial service review. 

• Support and execute employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and company-wide communications. 

• Manage employee relations concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assist in conflict resolution where necessary. 

• Administer compensation and benefits, including claims reimbursement, purchase requisition, payroll, statutory contributions, leave administration, insurance/benefits enrollment, and salary benchmarking support. 

• Maintain and oversee the HR dashboards and reports for recruitment, learning & development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, HR Apps (internal application for HR), administrative processes, and employee relations. 

• Coordinate training sessions, orientations, compliance briefings, company events, internal meetings, and travel arrangements. 

• Assist in policy creation, review, and updates for employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR guidelines. 

• Support HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and HR systems. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related communications, inquiries, and interdepartmental coordination. 

• Handle general administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and office-related HR support as needed. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or BS Psychology course. 

• Open for HR & Admin Executive to Senior HR & Admin Executive role with minimum 3 years proven and related HR Ops experience 

• Must be familiar with local statutory regulations and possess sound knowledge of the employment act and best practices in Singapore 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), AI tools, MS Teams, Planners & Report Analytics generator 

• Good administrative, documentation & written/oral communication skills 

• Able to work independently and with good initiative 

• Meticulous and able to multi-task 

• Detail-oriented, people-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure. 

• A team player who is able to work well with all levels  

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
