The Role
You will assist in piloting multiple delivery platforms and logistics strategies, helping us identify the most efficient, cost-effective, and scalable delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Testing: Execute and compare deliveries across multiple platforms (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, and in-house models)
• Data Collection: Monitor key performance metrics such as delivery time, costs, route efficiency, and customer experience
• Analysis & Reporting: Compile insights into structured reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in first-mile and last-mile delivery processes and recommend practical enhancements

Truck Driver Job Scope

1. Transportation & Delivery

• Operate and drive various types of trucks to transport goods safely.
• Deliver cargo to designated locations on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance (e.g., checking oil, tires, and brakes).
• Ensure the truck is clean and in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle issues or defects to the maintenance team.

3. Loading & Unloading

• Assist in loading and unloading goods (if required).
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage or accidents.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Keep track of Road Tax and/or Vehicle Insurance expiry dates and inform the Supervisor at least 2 weeks before expiry.
• Support waste collection at clients’ premises.
• Support unloading, sorting, and storing waste.
• When carrying out the duties above, follow all workplace safety rules and safe work practices.
