Job Summary

Join SN-Riverwood as a Rider supporting 24/7 medical logistics operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of critical medical supplies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical logistics shipments accurately and on time to support 24/7 operations
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries efficiently
• Follow safety protocols to ensure secure handling and transport of medical supplies
• Manage delivery routes effectively to optimize time and resources
• Report any delivery issues or delays promptly to supervisors

Work schedule: 6 days per week with every other Saturday or Sunday off
Shift hours: 8-hour rotating shifts (1st.7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2nd. 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 3rd.11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Class 2B, 2A, or Class 2 motorcycle license

• Own a motorcycle

• Willing to work rotating shifts and on weekends

• Available to start working by mid-June 2026

Responsibility:

• Timely Delivery: Ensure that all items are delivered promptly within the specified timeframe.
• Secure Handling: Maintain the security and confidentiality of the items being transported, especially when handling sensitive or valuable documents and packages.
• Route Planning: Efficiently plan routes to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery, often using GPS or other navigation tools.

Requirements:

• Class 2B license with good riding records
• Must have own bike and box with lock
• Must possess an Android device
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Highly motivated and result-driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Able to commit work on weekday (office hours) Mon-Thurs 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring support to authorised personnel, including management and staff.
• Transport staff for official business trips and appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate transportation requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a daily driving log and vehicle usage report.
• Ensure regular upkeep, cleanliness, and basic maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, tires, lights) of the company vehicle.
• Perform dispatch duties including delivery and collection of documents, materials, and parcels.
• Run office errands and support the Admin & Procurement team with purchasing tasks.
• Assist with vendor coordination, quotation collection, and simple procurement-related documentation.
• Maintain proper records for all deliveries, collections, and vehicle maintenance.
• Support logistics for company events, meetings, or offsite functions as needed.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic rules.
• Minimum secondary school education.
• Basic spoken and written English to understand work instructions and maintain records.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Able to use mobile navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) for route planning.
• Physically fit and able to carry light loads during dispatch or procurement tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive working attitude.
• Willing to work overtime after work hours (if required).
