Job Summary

You will assist in food packing and takeaway orders, serve customers, handle cashier duties, support kitchen preparation, maintain stall cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are met in a fast-paced food stall environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack food and prepare takeaway orders accurately to meet customer requirements
• Serve customers promptly and handle basic cashier transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the stall and serving area to ensure a hygienic environment
• Support the kitchen team by performing simple food preparation tasks as needed
• Refill food items and arrange displays to maintain an appealing presentation
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards consistently during all tasks
• Communicate effectively in English or Tamil to assist customers and team members
• Stand for extended periods during shifts to support continuous stall operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in food service or related roles
• Demonstrate a friendly and customer-oriented attitude to enhance customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to maintain service quality
• Basic communication skills in English and Malay preferred for customer interaction
• Physical ability to stand for long hours during work shifts
