JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Adaro International (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks Paralegal and Document Controller who is proficient to:-
- perform effective legal document management, prompt tracking, traceability, and control of Legal documents;
- perform File Opening (Control Issuance of document numbers) and File Closing processes in respect of Legal working files ;
- Manage record keeping for all agreements, corporate documents, and other documentation, including hard copy and soft copy;
- assist in the Legal and compliance affairs, perform other ad-hoc tasks, and provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team;
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Drafting, proofreading and reviewing standard commercial agreements, corporate resolutions and other legal documents
- Perform litigation support functions, manage record keeping and filing of litigation documents.
- Support compliance work (e.g. KYC, basic due diligence, and internal records).

Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Law or Legal Studies
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Preferably in a Law Firm or in-house role, or experience in corporate secretarial matters
· IT savvy (MS Office, Outlook, etc)
· Strong proficiency in English
· Meticulous with strong initiative as well as the ability to multi-task and organize
· Excellent task management and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise while dealing with multiple requirements simultaneously
