Identify and prioritize potential channel partners based on market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to support channel sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with channel partners to secure favourable terms and maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to optimize sales performance and enhance product knowledge.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement promotional campaigns, incentives, and marketing programs to drive sell-through and increase product visibility in the channel.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales roles within the gaming or entertainment industry, with a focus on the Asia market.
Strong understanding of the gaming industry landscape in Asia, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer preferences.
