We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional to oversee our full-spectrum HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll management, statutory compliance, and government affairs. As our company continues to grow across our corporate office and multiple factory sites, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, timely payroll, and up-to-date licensing and certifications with Malaysian authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and ensure timely submission of all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/HRD Corp).
• Government Liaison & Applications: Act as the primary point of contact to follow up on applications with government bodies such as MIDA, MITI, JTK (Labour Department), DOSH, and Immigration (for foreign worker management/quotas if applicable).
• Company Certifications & Licensing: Monitor, renew, and secure necessary factory licenses, business permits, and industry certifications (e.g., MyHIJAU, environmental permits, or local council licenses) to ensure full operational compliance.
• HR Administration: Maintain updated employee records, manage onboarding/offboarding, and handle general office administration for our HQ and factory locations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2–5 years of solid experience in handling HR, payroll, and government applications within Malaysia. Experience in a manufacturing, factory, or trading environment is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge: Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Skills: Proven track record of independently handling and following up on complex government documentation and certification processes.
• Attributes: Highly organized, proactive in following up with government officers, and capable of working independently.
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for factory coordination).

• Participate in the site internal and external site audits
• Formulate and coordinate all the quality site inspections for every stages of work namely; progress, PDI, CPC, CCC, DLP and CMGD
• Ensure all Quality Documentation is compiled and complete for Quality Records from inception of project to completion of project including as-builts, O&M and Warranties.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action with site team
• Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Coordinate with the (site) Head of Project, Construction Manager, Architecture Manager and M&E Manager on all quality issues including all works Method Statements.
• Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel

• To be the first response to all enquiries regarding Customs Declarations.
• Complete any other documentation that may become relevant over time.
• Create and maintain accurate, relevant, and up to date information relating to all interactions and business changes.
• To carry out other duties commensurate with the role and role grade as required and directed from time to time.
• Coordinates with Principal, Fleet Team, Operations Team and CS Team on the Shipments status.
• Provide support to staff and clients whenever required.

• Melakukan servis kawalan makhluk perosak seperti semburan, pewasapan, dan pemasangan perangkap untuk menghapus dan mengawal pembiakan lipas, semut, anai-anai, nyamuk, tikus, lalat, kekaltu, dan haiwan-haiwan perosak yang lain.
• Memberi sokongan kepada Penyelia dan pasukan dalam pelaksanaan tugas.
• Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan-pelanggan.
• Memberi laporan yang betul dan tepat pada masanya apabila diarahkan oleh Penyelia.
• Tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang mungkin diberikan kepada anda dari semasa ke semasa.

Calon yang ideal memiliki:

• Kelayakan pelajaran sekurang-kurangnya tahap SPM. Sijil SPM dan Sijil Tamat Sekolah versi asal (original) diperlukan untuk memohon jawatan ini.
• Warganegaraan Malaysia.
• Berumur antara 21 dan 35 tahun (36 tahun ke atas masih boleh dipertimbangkan sekiranya mempunyai pengalaman di dalam industri Pest Control).
• Mempunyai lesen B2, D, dan GDL yang sah.
• Mempunyai lesen Pesticide Applicator (PAL).
• Minat melakukan kerja servis dan kerja luar (outdoor).
• Menetap di kawasan berdekatan.

Sangat Diingini Jika Anda:

• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang Pest Control.
• Berdisiplin dan mampu mematuhi semua polisi dan dasar Syarikat.
• Boleh bekerja lebih masa.
• Berupaya untuk berbahasa Melayu dan juga memahami bahasa Inggeris mudah (penulisan dan percakapan).
• Boleh menggunakan telefon pintar dan celik IT/teknologi.
