The Analyst 1 (Inventory Control) is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and flow efficiency through data-driven analysis, system enablement, and process optimization. This role contributes from day one by strengthening inventory visibility, identifying discrepancies, and supporting operational decision-making. The Analyst also plays a key role in advancing inventory management from manual tracking to automated, system-driven, and intelligent control environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity across systems (WMS/ERP/MES).
• Monitor inventory movements (receipts, storage, kitting, issuance) and highlight risks such as shortages, excess, or misalignment.
• Support cycle count processes, variance analysis, and root cause identification.
• Ensure proper tracking and control of non-conforming inventory (e.g., MRB, damaged, expired).
• Enable real-time inventory visibility through dashboards and system tools.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce manual tracking and improve system reliance.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives (e.g., system enhancements, data integration, workflow automation).
• Apply structured problem-solving using data to eliminate recurring inventory issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, QA, and IT to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Maintain process standards, SOPs, and system data structures to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
• Take ownership of assigned inventory processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold EHS/ESD/5S standards in all activities.
• Validate and maintain inventory master data and transaction accuracy in WMS/ERP systems.
• Investigate transaction failures or data inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Support inventory reconciliation activities and ensure timely closure of discrepancies.
• Monitor key inventory parameters (e.g., stock levels, aging, excess, shortages) and escalate risks.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance inventory control and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Participate in digital initiatives such as system upgrades, automation projects, and data workflow improvements.
• Assist in developing data models, dashboards, or tools that improve inventory control and decision-making.
• Continuously improve data quality, process flow, and system utilization.
• Support audit and compliance activities (ISO/internal/external) related to inventory control.
• Handle assigned operational tasks and cross-functional requests in a timely and structured manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible to audit line per IPQC Checklist and Work Instruction, compile & analyze IPQC audit results weekly and drive for compliances.
• Responsible to conduct buy off during conversion for items like component traceability, feeder, profile etc.
• Responsible in monitoring the process control in place for critical process.
• To participate in and monitor NPI activities (including tape board buy off).
• Monitor QA Line Stop activity daily and follow up and verify on effectiveness of corrective Action/closure.
• Responsible to perform testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Managing Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) inventory.
• Raise quality alert for line awareness when comes to line excursion or customer feedback.
• Other task assigned by superior.

• Perform reliability testing to support production excursion evaluations and SIP package qualifications.
• Execute routine reliability monitoring for qualification and mass production, ensure accurate and timely data recording.
• Maintain up-to-date log sheets and documentation for all reliability test activities.
• Ensure full data traceability to support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct first-level validation and preliminary analysis on reliability test failures.
• Escalate abnormal findings, equipment issues, or test deviations promptly to responsible engineers.
• Operate, monitor, and manage reliability test equipment and chambers (e.g., HAST, Temperature Cycling) in accordance with defined loading plans and procedures.
• Record, compile, and report reliability test results accurately and within defined timelines.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders regarding test status, issues, and progress updates.
• Monitor and maintain reliability lab inventory, including test samples, consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Perform periodic inventory checks and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with requestors on test unit handling, disposition, and status tracking.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
