Position Summary

The Assembly Project Leader is the overall Malaysia-side person-in-charge for the semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly project

Promote defect reduction, process standardization, and operational excellence.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Productivity Improvement

Develop and implement measures to improve production efficiency and operational productivity.

Lead initiatives for labor efficiency improvement, workflow optimization, and lead time reduction.

Promote standardization of assembly processes and operational best practices.

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, orrelated field

Required Experience

·       1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations support, or quality assurance roles

·       Exposure to hospitality operations or audit processes is an advantage

·       Familiarity with service standards (e.g., Forbes Travel Guide) is beneficial but not required

·       Be ready to work on weekends, public holidays.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide pertinent information via email or WhatsApp.
• Preparation and Lodgement of ACRA forms such as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particulars etc.
• Send reminders for compliance deadlines, such as annual returns, and other obligations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with other teams as needed.
• Preparation and Filing of minutes and resolutions of Board of Directors and of Shareholders.
• Attend to filing, typing and scanning of documents as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field.
• Preferably adept at effectively using Excel, Word, and other CRM platforms.
