Responsibilities:

• Manage full procurement process: sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders & contracts.
• Source and liaise with suppliers for F&B ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, cleaning services, and pest control.
• Work closely with outlet and kitchen teams to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate warehouse stock, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Verify and tally supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before submission to Finance.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment servicing, and general operational support.

Job Description:
