About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our procurement operations within the construction industry. You’ll be responsible for assisting with purchasing materials, equipment, and services essential to our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

●      Education: Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related fields.

●      Experience: 1–2 years in a procurement role, ideally in the construction or engineering industry.

●      Communication with offshore shared services is required

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience and knowledge of SAP is a plus.

●      Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

●     Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Lead and mentor a team of Procurement Executives. Oversee daily workloads, provide guidance on complex purchasing issues, and manage staff performance and professional development.
