We’re seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Logistics team in Melbourne. In this key role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of a highly regulated warehouse environment, ensuring stock is received, stored, handled and dispatched in line with strict compliance requirements.
You'll play a critical part in maintaining TGA and State Health Department licensing standards, contributing to the safe handling of governed consumables and delivering exceptional accuracy in all warehousing activities.
- Receiving incoming stock, picking and preparing goods for dispatch, and loading/unloading vehicles
- Following SOP's to ensure safe and compliant operations
- Performing general warehouse duties including cleaning, equipment use, and basic admin tasks
- Upholding occupational health and safety standards to ensure a safe workplace
- Supporting the execution of Montu and Alternaleaf’s broader warehouse strategy
- Maintaining peak warehouse performance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Performing other duties as required to support the team
