Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar field is advantageous
- At least one (1) year prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Those with forklift license is a plus
