Job Summary
Participates on Associate General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel's leadership team and provides legal support for a business division or legal practice area.
What You Will Do
- Advising senior management and providing clear recommendations on legal matters.
- Managing legal support of a business division or significant legal practice area through upervision of a team, or coordination of a network of attorneys, or serving as a subject matter expert.
- Implementing legal strategies and goals in line with company's business objectives; researching complex legal issues and reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.
What You Have

Level Extensive Experience:
- Debates the pros and cons of various risk management models.
- Implements function-wide risk management processes and tools.
- Designs cross-functional risk management processes, tools, and audit mechanisms.
- Measures key benefits and drawbacks for specific risk management practices.
- Relates risk assessment models and analysis tools and processes to own business.
- Establishes key business-specific risk management benchmarks.
