Policy Administration:

• Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Generate quotations using insurers' online portals
• Verify client information and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and invoices

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all insurance documentation complies with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client interactions.

Coordination with Insurers:

• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.

Administrative Support:

Job Summary
