· Assist the Project Architect in the daily contract administration and project management matters, monitoring and tracking of construction progress and project milestones for public and/or private sector projects. The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and leading the retail team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales performance and maintaining operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on retail professional who is passionate about customer experience, team development, and driving sales performance within a premium wine retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor store performance and implement initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including VIP and corporate clients.
• Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally and effectively.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate retail team members.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

Point-of-Sale (POS) & Cash Management

• Oversee POS operations and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and analyse sales reports, inventory reports, and operational reports.
• Monitor budgets and control operational expenses.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, wine, or luxury customer service experience.
• Passion for wine and willingness to learn about wine regions, varietals, and producers.

• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts, night shift when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• WSET Level 1 or 2 certification (or willingness to obtain).

a. BIM Manager

i. The BIM Manager shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects; in addition, he shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision;

ii. The BIM Manager shall be familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical;

iii. The BIM Manager shall possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent;

iv. The BIM Manager shall be highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects;

v. The BIM Manager shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills

vi. The BIM Manager shall be in current employment under the Contractor for a minimum of 3 years and have successfully instituted a BIM Company Deployment Plan as well as implemented Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects.

vii. The BIM Manager shall have completed a certification course in BIM Management.

b. Scheduler / Programmer

i. The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess at least ten (10) years of relevant construction experience with at least 5 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;

ii. The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;

iii. The Scheduler / Programmer shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;

iv. The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word; in addition, the Scheduler / Programmer shall also be proficient in Primavera P6;

v. The Scheduler / Programmer shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects;

vi. The Scheduler / Programmer shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.

c. Project Engineer

i. The Project Engineer shall possess at least eight (5) years of relevant working experience in in construction of civil / structural / geotechnical work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;

ii. The Project Engineer shall possess a Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the OIC.

iii. The Project Engineer shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects;
