• Conduct pre-shift safety briefings to reinforce safe work practices, communicate operational updates, highlight key priorities and critical focus areas. 

• Supervise and attend all flight handling activities and ensure full compliance with safety, security and regulatory on the apron. 

• Maintain proper bay housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free operational environment every shift. 

• Respond promptly to requests from airline customers, especially during short ground time or heavy load factor operations and coordinate quick turnaround support.
