Job Description:
· Lead and motivate the team to deliverexcellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Ensure smooth daily operations,including managing customer orders and staff assignment
· Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in processing vouchers, cash, credit, and debit transactions
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively support sales targets and customer engagement
· Enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
· Assist in training and mentoring new team members
· Handle customer feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently
