Primary Objective:

Support the Area Finance Director, Area Commercial team, and the Country teams in:

• Planning & Forecasting: Lead the entire LBE process for APAC, starting with Country Reviews through Divisional Reviews; key owner of Divisional Review presentations; prepares APAC Area LBE submissions to International team

• Controlling and Reporting: Lead the month-end close process for APAC, with controllership and compliance controls

• Analytics: Proactively prepare analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management's attention, including presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management; triangulation of Digital Health data (DHT) to overall business models; constructively challenge differing viewpoints

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Area Finance Director in Planning, Controlling and Reporting activities for the Area.

• Lead and coordinate all scheduled planning and reporting activities across the region, including the creation and distribution of templates, schedules, instructions, and calendars.

• Issue country level LBE guidance

• Consolidate and review country-level financial submissions for Latest Best Estimate (LBE), ensuring timely and accurate Area-level reporting

• Manage month-end close processes and reporting for APAC, including variance analysis and commentary

• Support Demand team on ADC IBP/S&OP process for APAC

• Proactively prepare and present financial and management reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Partner with Area functional leaders to budget for Area HQ expenses and special projects

• Continuously improve financial processes and analysis, fostering a culture of innovation

• Provide leadership and guidance to APAC Finance team, ensuring alignment with area goals

• Develop and monitor key performance metrics, including:

• Distributor/channel inventory control (Sell-In / Sell-Out / Tier 1 + 2 DOH)

• Consumption model/Market model

• Pricing controls to manage ASP and margin

• Balance Sheet key metrics, including DSO, DOH, DPO

• Forecast Accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

• Act as ADC APAC SAP division security coordinator, including monitoring of Segregation of Duties

• Supervise and develop a team of 3 – 1 Finance Supervisor, 1 Finance Senior Analyst, 1 Finance Contractor

Required

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years.

• Advanced degree or professional certification (CA, CPA, MBA) preferred.

• Proven experience in regional or multinational finance roles.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative.

• Capable of operating independently under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.

Job Purpose

To perform and provide support to transport team and to the Head of the Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating new and existing job tasks in the fleet management system based on customers delivery requests/ exceptions
• Manage stakeholders’ queries (e.g. Drivers, Customers, Ops, Sales, etc)

• Plan and optimize transportation routes for fleet operations using the TMS, considering traffic conditions, vehicle capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor real-time fleet updates and proactively adjust route plans to minimize delays, optimize fuel efficiency, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Receive transportation requests and dispatch prime mover drivers to assigned pick-up and delivery locations using the TMS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to prioritize and schedule transportation activities based on urgency and demand.
• Generate and analyse performance reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, fleet & asset utilization, and driver productivity. Extract data from TMS system to identify lost capacity/efficiency of delivery fleet.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing fleet operations.
• Monitor vehicle performance metrics to identify opportunities for fleet optimization and cost reduction.
• Manage and verify key information of drivers’ trips, reimbursements, licences and statuses via the TMS.
• Process and handle documents through PSA Portnet System.
• Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Oversee Portnet processed containers.
• Ensuring fully compliance for workplace safety & heath requirements in accordance with MOM / WSH mandatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with PSA procedures, Jurong Port operations, Portnet System, and JP Online is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of direct loading and direct delivery operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and routes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and coordinate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Job Summary
