Job Requirements:

·        Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, supply chain & logistic management discipline

·        8 years of relevant working experience in Wafer fab / Semiconductor procurement activity.  

·        Min 5 years of proven track record in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities.

·        Highly driven, motivated and resourceful .

• Highly numerate and analytical, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to translate market data and analytical insights into practical and actionable reward recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, advise, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Job responsibilities

• NEBOSH (IGC or Diploma) is strongly preferred. Additional credentials such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are an advantage
• Strong expertise in general country safety policies, HSE regulatory compliance, and EHSS auditing practices
