• Manage budgets and financial performance, preparing reports and forecasts while identifying opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and revenue generation.

• Establish and track KPIs to monitor operational progress and staff performance.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and sustainability best practices through audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive work culture, setting performance goals, and promoting continuous improvement through feedback and process optimization.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in in environmental science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 year of experience in waste treatment or industrial plant operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management methods, and recycling practices.
• Proven proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
• Skilled in data analysis, decision‑making, and adapting effectively to dynamic operational needs.
• Possess a valid certification in waste management or related fields is an added advantage
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license with own transport
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
