YOUR ROLE 

• Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Experience in preventive maintenance under manufacturing environment
• Experience in semi-conductor / wafer fab cleanroom equipment will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of facilities management and maintenance activities
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance works for building, M&E, and critical facility systems
• Conduct routine inspections, identify operational issues, and follow up on corrective actions
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with service standards
• Monitor service performance and support the achievement of operational KPIs
• Assist in facility upgrading projects, feasibility studies, and improvement initiatives
• Prepare maintenance reports, records, and operational documentation
• Support fire safety management activities, including drills, briefings, and emergency preparedness exercises
• Promote sustainability and Green Mark initiatives within the facility

Job Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Estate Management, or related discipline

• Good knowledge of M&E systems, building services, and facilities operations
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and maintenance activities
• Familiarity with workplace safety, fire safety, and regulatory requirements
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification, GMAP, or GMFM certification will be an advantage

Ramp Up measurements including ELFR Measurements and qualification measurements

• Driving the measurements in full self-responsibility
• Booking tester capacity, align with line control
• Preparation of measurements
  • Initiate the preparation of tester cell (changing contact unit and/or part tweaking)
  • Load and start test program in GUI
  • Run test program with first part and check contact

• Support IQA and QC equipment operation to ensure smooth daily production and inspection activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and 1st-level recovery for IQA/QC equipment and testers.
• Support setup, installation, buyoff, and verification activities for new IQA and QC equipment.
• Able to operate and support inspection and quality control equipment.
• Maintain equipment log sheets, calibration records, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Operations teams to support inspection and quality activities.

As Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining specific tools on a media manufacturing production line. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and collaborate effectively; they will demonstrate a willingness to learn, flexibility, creative problem solving, exemplary communication skills and an ability to think on their feet. Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance per PM schedule. Conduct routine maintenance checks and services on all production equipment.
• Document routine preventive maintenance on PM checklists, record data if applicable and maintain completed checklist/history in tool maintenance system.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on production machine to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Document routine preventive maintenance and unscheduled failures details on system database
• Provide inputs to Shift Coordinator or Equipment Engineer to improve PM cycle-time, tool availability, quality/workmanship, reduce media scrap and cost of ownership.
• Provide Technical training and certification for junior technician.
• Support Tool Owner and Equipment Engineer for machine conversion/upgrade and improvement projects.

• In charge of conducting and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and testing of aircraft systems and components.
• Responsible for carrying out complex tasks such as engine servicing and component replacement, troubleshooting defects, and maintaining production equipment.
