This role will sit within our established Ports & Maritime team, with a focus on project and design management across a growing portfolio of work in NSW.

You’ll play a key role in both delivery and client engagement, contributing to strong project outcomes while helping to build capability locally.

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developments
• Manage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical delivery
• Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clients
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projects
• Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Ports & Maritime capability in Newcastle and across NSW

We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our team in Newcastle.

• Support the delivery of major infrastructure programs by assisting with schedule, budget, and quality tracking​
• Help prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications​
