The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our software development projects, maintaining high standards of software quality, and delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Actively participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and create business requirement documents to drive clarity.
• Work with Product Managers & Executives to prioritize projects across the organization based on company goals and objectives.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.
• Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization for successful, on-time delivery.
• Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide expert knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.
• Understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options.
• Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Availability.
• Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project or sub project according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget.
• Own and manage the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for all Critical Incidents, ensuring all corrective and preventive actions are progressed towards permanent resolution.
• Project Estimation, Planning, Monitoring and Status Reporting.

• Total 10–12 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives.
• Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and MS Project
• Knowledge of Big data, Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQl Server
• Knowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or Reporting
• Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

As a Business Development Manager - Hyderabad, you will be accountable for B2B / Corporate Hunting new accounts business, driving business growth and contributing to Sales revenue in Corporate / Enterprise Key Strategic Accounts. Your primary objective will be to generate CAPEX business and secure profitable contracts in B2B Corporate sales. You will be heading DYSON (Hand Dryer), FIMAP & LINDHAUS (Cleaning Equipment) for the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Prospecting, Engaging, Building Relationship and Sales Closure in Corporates by engaging with Key Decision - Makers, Admin Head, Purchase Head, EHS Head, IFM Account Directors, Materials Head, Influencers and Stakeholders for DYSON (Hand Dryer), FIMAP & LINDHAUS (Cleaning Equipment).
Actively pursue New Business Opportunities through Networking, Referrals in B2B, Enterprise Key Accounts and Distributor /
Channel partner appointment.
Leverage your industry knowledge and contacts to generate leads and expand our customer base.

2. Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored facility automation solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations throughout the sales process.

3. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals, Presentations, and Demos to display our facility automation solutions and value propositions. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms and condition agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes. Drive the conversion of leads into successful contracts, achieving revenue and profitability targets.

4. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Analyze customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior to tailor our offerings and value propositions accordingly. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Providing regular reports in Sales Force and insights to the management team. Track and analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. 
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of the annual sales budget

• Preparation of GIS based Master Plans for Leather Park/Industrial Parks / Industrial Corridors/ Integrated manufacturing Clusters/SEZ’s/Integrated Industrial Townships/ preparation of City Master plans & Development Plans.
• Conduct Site Assessment, Develop Conceptual & Detailed Master Plans/layouts, Land-use Plans using Urban Planning Principles & Standards, land use regulations & sustainable development practices.
• Co-ordinate & lead for Interdisciplinary technical coordination for Design & development of Industrial sector-related infrastructure facility planning and design components in processing areas including supporting structures, parking areas (including loading/ unloading areas and freight parking), common infrastructure facilities, as well as community facilities in non-processing areas, etc.
• Independently Lead & Guide multi-disciplinary team of urban planners & infrastructure engineers from different line departments like Roads, Water Supply, Wastewater, Power supply & Electrical, Solid waste, etc. for successful delivery of the project.
• Utilising the Knowledge of Software like GIS, MSP, MS Office to review & deliver the required Maps, reports, project presentations, project implementation timelines.
• Preparing, monitoring & reviewing the project reports, presentations to ensure quality & timely project deliverables to the satisfaction of the client.
• Travel to Government Client Offices & Project Location and handling projects as a key team member to lead any project presentations, client meetings, stakeholder consultations, etc.
• Overall Project Management in terms of client management, sub-consultant, consortium management & internal team management for completion of tasks in given time & costs.
• Successfully identify and follow through on leads/suggestions associated with additional work prospects on the projects assigned respectively.
