We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major IT software, enterprise application, and ERP implementation projects. • Work closely and report to the Board’s Project managers and stakeholders on the project progress, delays and any other matters pertaining to the assigned projects regularly
• Supervise Board’s contractor’s work on site to ensure the work is completed to the Board’s satisfaction
• Review and comment on maintenance reports submitted by Contractors
• Preparation and submission of necessary documents (clearance form, Change Request form and others) to carry out the work
• Other assigned ad-hoc project administrative tasks
• Based on a 2-year contract

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Entry level cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• More than 1 year of experience in Project Management support, preferably cybersecurity projects
• Possesses relevant project management experience, having completed at least one (1) full cybersecurity project implementation life cycle, or two (2) full non-cybersecurity IT project implementation life cycles.
• Able to handle and manage multiple projects
• Below skillsets are an advantage:

1. Basic knowledge in security practices, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, firewall, IDS etc
2. Experience in Operational Technology and/or ICS
3. Knowledge in IEC62443
4. Relevant security and/or professional certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, SANS GSEC, (ISC)2 CISSP

Job Description & Requirements:

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
• Attend site walks and meetings; resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, align with main contractor’s master schedule, and handle delays.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Ensure Engineers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
• Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
• Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
• Prepare and submit site progress claims; verify subcontractors’ claims for accuracy.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
• Report to the Project Director and follow instructions for smooth project delivery.
• Maintain project records and provide regular progress and risk updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects.
• Possessing a valid Plumber License is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with PUB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with BIM Revit and Autodesk software is preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred.
