Project Manager Digital Commerce, Contract
SUMMARY:
Seeking a dynamic, highly experienced project manager to join team. As a Digital Commerce Project Manager, you will be the face of the team when partnering with marketing, business, product management, and engineering project management teams as you handle the delivery of online marketing campaigns, business programs, engineering releases, and new product introductions.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as primary digital content functional authority and consultant during design and development phases of online campaign projects.
- Running and communicating the development of project launch plans.
- Overseeing detailed planning of go-live assets and deliverables.
- Validating all campaign aspects at each landmark from launch to takedown, maintaining brand consistency and protecting the customer experience.
- Leading cross-functional teams in establishing timelines and requirements across multiple projects.
- Educating the cross-functional team on eCommerce publishing process and requirements.
- Reporting project status, risks, issues and mitigation plans to leadership teams.
- Participating in post-release analysis to identify wins and challenges. Carry findings forward to continually improve future project deliveries and execution.
- Being the internal evangelist for effective and sustainable process solutions.
- Developing good working relationships with corporate partners to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to customers.
- Experience working with product catalogue management systems and large-scale global content.
- A working understanding of web technology tools such as PHP, HTML, Photoshop, and varying digital asset types.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially mobile.

Extensive Project Management Experience --Brings 5-8 years of solid project management experience and/or 5+ years of hands-on expertise in large-scale global content and product catalogue management systems. Demonstrates ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects from inception to completion, leading multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently. Applies excellent end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up skills to ensure all deliverables are met on time, and to the highest standard across global markets.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination & Global Campaign Management -- Proven experience in coordinating diverse global cross-functional teams spanning marketing, design, technical, localization, and quality assurance. Skilled at breaking down silos and fostering collaboration to ensure all teams work cohesively towards shared objectives. Experienced in planning and launching large-scale global marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of localisation considerations, market-specific requirements, and cross-team dependencies.
Technical Aptitude & Analytical Skills -- Has a natural knack for understanding and working with web publishing tools, content management systems, and a wide range of technical concepts. Applies analytical thinking to evaluate data, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights that drive better decision-making. Stays current with the latest industry tools, processes, and retail eCommerce publishing technologies to ensure the team remains agile and competitive.
Communication, Influencing & Stakeholder Management --Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively tailoring messaging to diverse global audiences at all organisational levels. Confident in leading upward and presenting to senior leadership, while navigating conflicting viewpoints and competing interests. Education:
BA/BS degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience.
Experience with website and/or e-commerce project management
