We are hiring Project Support Temp to assist with school group visits. This role involves escorting students, ensuring safety, and supporting museum educators and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Escort and usher school groups safely during museum visits
• Manage bus arrivals, check school groups, and direct them to stations
• Assist educators and volunteers with logistics and enquiries
• Provide feedback on props/materials and report issues to staff
• Observe and evaluate guides, recording inputs

Requirements

• Minimum A Levels or Diploma
• Presentable, approachable, and independent
• Comfortable walking and being on your feet throughout the day
• Experience engaging with children (e.g. teaching/childcare) a plus

Job Descriptions

• Monitor and track progress; ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Attend site postings to support execution and connect site-to-company for issue resolution and monetization

opportunities.

• Act as technical point-of-contact for complex scopes, escalations, and quality deviations; drive corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform engineering evaluation and advisory services on customers’ fluid systems per agreed scope.

• Conduct leak testing to Swagelok procedures and perform site supervision of field tubing installations.

• Perform root-cause analysis, prepare findings, and present final technical reports with recommendations.

• Coordinate logistics, permits, and site access with customers and contractors.

• Prepare service proposals; attend technical and commercial clarification meetings;

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in valve / fluid related components
