Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Prepare & submit the product catalogue/technical data, shop drawing, method of statements, and O&M to the client.

2) To assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

3) Provide simple daily reports of work status and report to management.

4) Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assigned.

5) Ensure site work is on schedule and according to the scope of the contract.

6) To resolve conflicts and attend site meeting.

7) Participate in all testing & commissioning with sub-contractors/main – contractor & consultant.

8) Conduct training to client before project handing over.

Requirements:

1) Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2) Working Experience in Construction line at least 1-2 years.

3) Knowledge in ACMV advantage (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works)

Role Overview

Support business growth through sales pitching, lead engagement, marketing initiatives, and client

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.

• Conduct sales pitches and product/service presentations to prospective clients.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality.

• Oversee construction activities on site, any Changes to Works and check the drawing to ensure the design can be carried in an effective manner.

• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.

• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented.

• Main point of contact, attend meeting at site, clients and our project team and relevant authorities.

• Responsible for site supervision and implementations.

Job Requirements:
