Assisting Project Lead for on-time delivery, within budget and to the required quality standard
• Assisting the Project Lead for resourcing effectively and managing client stakeholder relationships within the wider team and affiliated teams/groups
• Functional role as process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants
• Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation
• Sending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup
• Assisting the Project Lead with risk management of reporting
• Monitoring and reporting progress and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders
• Working with main vendors and sub-vendors
• Assisting the Project Lead to work and communicate directly with client for all projects deliverable
• Liaise and manage the co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (third part suppliers, client internal stakeholders, partners, etc.) and ensure the smooth running of projects
• Adhere to the process guidelines set out b the department to manage all projects and responsibilities within the team
• Work with the Operations Lead, Business Lead & Project Lead to continuously improve the way we work, from beginning to end, thorough documentation, processes and industry-leading best practices
• Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage accordingly
• Manage change control and escalating issues to the Project Lead where necessary
• Provide regular status reports to the Project and/or Operation Lead
• Ensure that each step of the project is on-time and within budget as per project execution plan
