Drafter– C&S

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificate / Diploma from technical institution
• At least 3–5 years of consultancy experience in civil and structural works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Experience with Civil 3D, GstarCAD, Microsoft Office, and related architectural/engineering software is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of structural detailing, effective design coordination, and navigating approval processes.
• Possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work under multiple projects deadlines with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed comprehensive civil and structural design drawings based on approved engineering calculations, applicable standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and MEP consultants to maintain design consistency and ensure fully coordinated, clash-free drawings.
• Collaborated with engineers to interpret complex design specifications and produce precise technical drawings.
• Prepared detailed civil and structural engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate drawing registers, manage revisions, and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Participate in internal project meetings to review design progress and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Support the engineering team in developing project deliverables, ensuring all drawings comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Demonstrates strong time management and task completion.

POSITION   : CUSTOMER SERVICE (IMPORT&EXPORT)

LOCATION : PORT KLANG-HQ

SALARY : RM2500 – RM3,500 / MONTH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining customer's focus at all times and answering to customer's enquiries using the standard guidelines.
• Ensure booking and cargo planning of shipments are in compliance to customers & followed process
• Able to Handle Air / Sea Outbound LCL/FCL/Nomination Shipments.
• Liaise With carriers to ensure accurate data on shipments & timely submission of SI to carriers.
• Able to establish a productive & effective working relationship with internal & external customers.
• Ability to anticipate & identify problem. Analyses problem systematically and resolve problem with effective solutions or alternatives.
• Support and work closely with fellow team members to ensure the smooth flow and timely executive of our customer’s supply chain.
• Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking / haulage.
• Follow up with agent and consignee for the incoming shipments and ensure shipment moving smoothly.
• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g.: delivery order / bill of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ Fresh Graduate, Diploma in Marketing, Logistic / transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in shipping & forwarding industries, especially Freight Forwarding.
• Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Malay speaking (both written and oral)

JAWATAN: KHIDMAT PELANGGAN (IMPORT & EKSPORT)

LOKASI: PELABUHAN KLANG-IBU PEJABAT

GAJI: RM2500 – RM3,500 / BULAN

TANGGUNGJAWAB:

• Mengekalkan fokus pelanggan sepanjang masa dan menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan menggunakan garis panduan standard.
• Memastikan tempahan dan perancangan kargo penghantaran mematuhi keperluan pelanggan & proses yang telah dipatuhi
• Mampu Mengendalikan Penghantaran LCL/FCL/Pencalonan Udara/Laut Keluar.
• Berhubung dengan syarikat penerbangan untuk memastikan data penghantaran yang tepat & penyerahan SI kepada syarikat penerbangan tepat pada masanya.
• Mampu mewujudkan hubungan kerja yang produktif & berkesan dengan pelanggan dalaman & luaran.
• Kebolehan untuk menjangka & mengenal pasti masalah. Menganalisis masalah secara sistematik dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan penyelesaian atau alternatif yang berkesan.

KEPERLUAN PENDIDIKAN/ PENGALAMAN/ KEMAHIRAN:

• Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya SPM, Diploma atau Lanjutan/Lepasan Ijazah Tinggi/Segar, Diploma dalam Pemasaran, Logistik/Pengangkutan atau setaraf.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam industri perkapalan & penghantaran, terutamanya Penghantaran Barang.
• Kemahiran yang diperlukan: Kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan pembentangan yang kuat, disiplin kendiri, celik komputer, persediaan pembentangan dan laporan.
• Penguasaan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu (kedua-dua penulisan dan lisan)

• 支持並與團隊成員緊密合作，以確保客戶供應鏈的順利進行和及時執行。
• 安排和協調運輸/貨運/運輸事宜。
• 跟進代理商和收貨人對到貨貨物的處理情況，確保貨物順利運輸。
• 處理和準備運輸單據（例如：提貨單/提貨單、稅務發票、到貨通知）。

教育/經驗/技能需求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有SPM、文憑或高級/高等/應屆畢業生學歷，市場行銷、物流/運輸或同等專業的文憑。
• 至少有 2-3 年航運和貨運代理行業的工作經驗，尤其是貨運代理經驗。
• 必備技能：較強的口頭溝通和表達能力、自律性、電腦操作能力、簡報準備和報告撰寫能力。
• 英語、國語和馬來語聽說讀寫能力俱佳。
