Roles & Responsibilities

The position is reporting to the Group Company Secretary.

As Company Secretarial Executive, you will support the Company Secretary in providing corporate secretarial and governance administration to the group, thereby ensuring statutory compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and Securities Commission. You will be part of a small but busy team undertaking company secretarial duties in a commercial environment. 

Scope of roles and responsibilities:

Ensure statutory compliance across the subsidiary companies by maintaining corporate records and information.

Prepare statutory information for filing at the Securities Commission.

Manage the company secretarial compliance work for a PLC and its group of subsidiary companies.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to serve as a key legal partner to the business as PolicyStreet continues to scale across Southeast Asia.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to support commercial partnerships, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives across the group, including our reinsurance arm Polisea Re.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic Legal Advisory

Commercial Contracts & Partnerships

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Consultant specialising in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Security and Authorisations. You will design, configure, and test the RBAC framework across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring that clients' HR data is protected by the principle of least privilege and that the security model is sustainable, auditable, and upgrade-safe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design the RBAC framework — deciding how many custom roles are needed, whether to deep-copy or shallow-copy predefined Oracle roles, whether to use fixed data roles or the Area of Responsibility pattern for HR specialists, and what naming convention will allow security administrators to maintain the system after go-live
• Configure HCM Data Roles — combining job roles with security profiles across every dimension: person, organisation, position, payroll, Legislative Data Group, and document type
• Lead client security design workshops — translating access matrix requirements from HR, IT, and Finance into Oracle's security model, and navigating the reality that requirements from those three groups rarely align on first pass
• Design and execute the security test strategy — building positive and negative test cases and producing the documented test evidence that an auditor will ask for at go-live
• Own the Segregation of Duties analysis — identifying conflicting duty combinations that create audit risk, designing role structures that prevent access conflicts, and producing the SoD compliance matrix for client sign-off
• Configure role provisioning rules — automatic provisioning based on HR data attributes versus manual assignment, and the provisioning lifecycle for workers, contingent workers, and system users

• 2–4 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Security configuration experience on live implementation projects — has personally designed and built data roles and security profiles, not observed another consultant do it
• Demonstrated data role design — has combined job roles with security profiles and validated the resulting data access scope through positive and negative testing
• Experience leading or materially contributing to the security workstream for at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation through to go-live
• Ability to translate a client access matrix into Oracle's security model and explain the design choices in business language to HR leadership
• SoD conflict identification and documentation experience

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Process Essentials certified — the foundational HCM credential; at Consultant level this is the expected starting point for certification

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

• Securing Our Foundations: Supporting Senior Security Architects to design resilient architectures across our applications and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), while conducting threat modeling and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks before they disrupt us.
• Integrating Security & Compliance: Partnering cross-functionally with IT, DevOps, and Engineering to bake security into our SDLC and operations via DevSecOps practices, while meticulously developing and maintaining security standards that keep us compliant with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Defense & Automation: Keeping a pulse on emerging threats to proactively strengthen our posture, evaluating new security tools, leveraging basic scripting (Python, Bash) for automation, and providing reliable support to investigate, contain, and document security incidents.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Educational Foundation & Passion: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, paired with a strong desire to learn and a genuine passion for cybersecurity. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, (ISC)² SSCP, GIAC GSEC) are a plus.
• Hands-on Experience & Tooling: 1–3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT role, with practical familiarity using common security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
• Cloud & DevSecOps Knowledge: Direct experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their native security services, alongside a strong familiarity with DevSecOps practices, tools, and basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for security automation.
• Core Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing) alongside core security principles like the CIA triad and the principle of least privilege.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role

As a Legal Associate, you will play a pivotal and strategic role in shaping our legal strategy and integrity at Love, Bonito. The role will report to the Group Head of Legal.

Main responsibilities :

• Contract review and drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks, such maintaining legal databases, tracking deadlines, and managing legal documents and files.
• Legal research: Provide legal research support on various issues including regulatory compliance, contract interpretation and case law 
• Compliance: Assist with ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations by tracking changes in the legal landscape and helping to develop compliance programs and policies.
• Corporate Governance: Assist in managing corporate governance matters, such as preparing board meeting materials, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with corporate bylaws.
• Data Privacy and Security: Support efforts to maintain data privacy compliance, including implementing the data privacy plan, drafting and reviewing privacy related policies
• Assisting in all key legal-centric projects 
• Training and Education: Assist with legal training and education to employees on compliance issues, ethics, and legal best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years working experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house associate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a legal counsel in a business environment will be preferred
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Bachelor of Law or J.D. degree in law in a commonwealth country (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, U.K.)
