Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software / Platform Engineering roles, building and operating backend or platform services in production.

• Strong hands‑on experience with at least one strongly typed backend language (e.g., Golang, Java) and familiarity with Python or Bash for tooling/automation.

• Experience designing and building internal platforms or developer tooling used by multiple teams, with a strong focus on developer experience.

• Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps practices/tooling (ideally ArgoCD and Terraform).

• Experience building platforms or tooling for non‑product engineering users (e.g., operations, finance, analysts) or low‑code/no‑code / citizen‑developer environments is a strong plus.

• Proven experience with Temporal or similar workflow/orchestration systems (e.g., Cadence, Step Functions, Airflow) or large‑scale stateful workloads (e.g., Redis clusters, Cassandra, HBase) in production is a huge plus.

• Comfortable working in highly collaborative, multi‑team environments, able to translate platform constraints into clear APIs, contracts, and paved paths for application teams and citizen developers.

• Practical, proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, break down complex technical problems, and drive them to closure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full sales cycle for digital and IT services, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Actively engage in public and private RFPs, tenders, and government procurement platforms (such as GeBIZ).
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, technical documents, and presentation materials.
• Act as the technical advisor throughout the sales process, translating client needs into effective and scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of combined experience in IT sales and/or pre-sales/solution consulting.
• Proven experience managing IT tenders and digital transformation projects, particularly within Singapore.
• Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

The System of Systems (SoS) Engineer is responsible for continuous monitoring, operation, and coordination of multiple integrated systems in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. This role ensures real-time situational awareness and system functionality across interconnected platforms, supporting operational continuity around the clock. Key duties include system health checks, event logging, issue escalation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Operators must maintain high levels of attention to detail, technical proficiency, and responsiveness to dynamic operational demands

•  Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events. 
• Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation. 
• Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects 
• Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination 
• Updating of PM/CM logs
