The Associate Application Analyst will be part of the Digital and Information Technology team to implement, maintain and support IT systems in use at Thomson Medical Centre.

The IT systems primarily include Electronic Medical Record System and other clinical related management systems.

He/She will work closely with hospital and clinical business stakeholders to ensure that IT systems meet the business operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business operation process and requirements

·       Work with the team to propose appropriate IT solutions that can streamline and improve business operations

·       Provide 24x7 production support, and assist in troubleshoot and resolve daily IT systems issues reported within SLA, working closely with vendors, key stakeholders and cross-functional team members

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer with strong fundamentals in routing & switching to join a dynamic infrastructure team supporting enterprise environments across Singapore.
