Key Duties and Responsibilities
o Process POs within defined established KPIs and turnaround
timelines.
o Verify PO pricing accuracy and ensure quotes are updated accordingly
Coordinate NPI, manufacturing readiness, and ramp-up activities. PO
Acknowledgement to customers.
o Flag pricing discrepancies or
anomalies and escalate to the relevant Program Manager promptly.
· Quotation Support
o Coordinate with the Quote team to ensure quotes are updated and
reflective of current pricing, lead times, and scope changes
o Assist in the preparation and review of quotation documents as
required by the Quoters team.
· Internal Liaison & Cross Functional Co-ordination
o Act as a key point of contact between the Program team and internal
departments including Production, Engineering, and the Quote team.
o Update shipment or Job orders dates into ERP system & other ad
hoc data entry support.
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs), example: PO processing time, sales booking numbers.
o Report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
· Required Qualifications
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field..
o Experience: 5–10 years in manufacturing or operations, with at least 5 years in a program or project management role.
o Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems like FA (First Article) , RMA , ECN (Engineering Change Notice)
