Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, detailing, and BIM implementation;
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and building systems;
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD);
• Familiarity with BIM standards and ISO-aligned workflows (especially ISO 19650);

• Forcepoint DLP Administration & Oversight: Engineer, deploy, and manage the Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) enterprise architecture across all regional property and corporate endpoints. Design and enforce centralized DLP rules, discovery policies, and data classification tags to monitor and prevent unauthorized exfiltration of sensitive guest and corporate data via email, web channels, USB, or cloud storage.
• Global PCI-DSS & PDPA Alignment: Point of contact for external security auditors. and reporting to demonstrate continuous, audit-ready compliance with global PCI-DSS standards and localized data privacy laws (such as Singapore's PDPA).
• Incident Response Playbooks: Standardize and update corporate Incident Response plans and business continuity guidelines. Logs from SIEM can be used to discover threats and incident consoles to triage, investigate, and mitigate potential internal data leaks or brand-level digital crises.
• Vendor Risk Management: Conduct rigorous security architecture reviews and data privacy assessments on all third-party APIs, hospitality booking engines, and enterprise software platforms before approving group-wide deployment.

• Understand and lead Risk Governance & SaaS Management,

Local Policy Localization & Operationalization

The Deputy Technical Manager is responsible for all technical operational activities for building/ civil & infrastructure engineering projects, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Overall responsible for all permanent and temporary works design and design optimization by managing the appointed consultant to ensure that project is delivered within budget
• Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client and authorities for design matters and submission.
• Oversee the shop drawings submission and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress
• Coordinate and support the construction and other departments within the project to fulfil design requirement
• Resolve all technical queries and submit/raise Request for Approval / Information (RFA/I) to concern parties to clarify any ambiguous design details
• Review technical specifications and proposals submitted by Consultants / Subcontractors / Suppliers and produce procurement specifications
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university endorsed by PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in delivering large scale projects

• Technical Solution Delivery: Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including assigning tasks, managing workloads, and optimizing team productivity.
• Demonstrated strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience across multiple enterprise-scale Data Lake and Data Warehouse initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the smooth performance of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lifts.
• Plan and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Manage space utilization, cleanliness, landscaping, and overall building presentation.
• Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters and issues.
• Manage external vendors including cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, and landscaping services.
• Review and negotiate service contracts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate vendor works to minimize disruption to building users.

skills and experience required

• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management / Engineering / Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Min 6 years of relevant supervisory experience managing corporate commercial office / industrial building
• Preferably individuals with lean six sigma / PMP / Fire Manager certification
• People management experience (managing assistant manager / technicians etc)
• IFM experience will be a plus
• Extensive technical inclined facilities management (hard services)
• Able to commence immediate or short notice will be a plus
