Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in software product development.
• Hands-on development experience for Backend application (C# .Net core)
• Knowledge and experience in frontend development (e.g. Reactjs) will be advantageous
• Design and implementation of  REST API and backend business logic, and ensure the API is compliant to healthcare industry standards HL7 FHIR
• Knowledge and experience in application design patterns
• Knowledge and experience in Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD
• Experience developing applications using native cloud service offer by AWS or Azure will be advantageous
• Experience with Containers and Orchestration such as Kubernetes/OpenShift will be advantageous
• Experience in Microservice architecture design and implementation will be advantageous

Role& Responsibilities

• Responsible to do development for MS CRM Dynamics 365 for both On Cloud and On Premises deployments.
• Responsible for the development on Power Platform especially power apps. 
• Responsible for making solution recommendations with pros and cons considering the MS CRM Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Responsible to integrate with other system using KingswaySoft and Web API. 
• Responsible for packaging for deployment team over various Dynamics environments using CI / CD of Azure Cloud. 
• Perform application/technical design documentation.
• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
• Work effectively in a tight deadline, high pressure environment.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 year’s working experience in programming using Microsoft and web technologies.
• Detailed knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics and Power Platform having developed at least 2 or 3 Applications using Dynamics best practices and design standards.
• Implementation ofMS CRM Dynamics  
• Develop .Net (C#) Plugins.
• Develop .Net assemblies for Custom Workflow.
• Develop client-side Jscript (JQuery) for entity form events.
• Develop using MS CRM SDK to implement customization.
• Configuration of multi-disciplinary user roles
• Deployment of configurations and customization including solution package for entities (Forms, Views, Charts and Dashboards), Plugins and custom workflows.
• Data Migration

Mainly supporting security aspect like firewall checkpoint, security appliances - configuration, troubleshooting, capacity planning. Supporting current operation and deployment of resiliency project. This is a 2-year direct contract position.

• Assist Architect team on new infrastructure design, implementation, and management of network solutions that form the core infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across different platforms. This includes procurement of necessary equipment.
• To provide comprehensive product knowledge on the data technology required to deliver, support the networks infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to identify network and system needs, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues, and implement improvements.
• Deliver project management for network activities encompassing upgrades, deployments, and migrations. Provide technical guidance and user support as required.
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation covering the network environment and operational procedures.
• Generate reports and detailed documentation outlining findings, implemented solutions, and recommendations for further enhancements.

Overall Summary:

The Network Engineer is responsible for thedesign, installation, configuration and maintenance of Software Defined Network (SDN) infrastructure. His/her primary responsibilities include the design and buildof network infrastructure components, and integrating technologies from various virtualised servers and storage vendors. He/She manages and optimises complexcore networks and configures network equipment and software to ensure alignmentwith defined network performance levels and security standards and regulations.He/she collaborates across network and orchestration teams to ensure the smoothdelivery of end-to-end network slicing and automation solutions. He/she is knowledgeable in the use of networking systems and devices, firewalls, wirelesscontrols and technology, network standards including 5G, and network routing protocols.

He / She leads projects, prioritises andassigns tasks to ensure that team’s resources are used effectively and thatinfrastructure projects are implemented in accordance with plans and budgets.

Candidate is required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shiftsincluding nights, weekends and holidays. Role and Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Assist with the planning and design of infrastructuresystems

• Assist with the documentation ofinfrastructure design and planning activities and decisions.

• Stakeholder Management

Configure & Administer Network

• Design cost-effective network systems and services that meet productspecifications and comply to standards and best practices

• Prepare and execute test plans including integration, performance, coverageand capacity verification

• Review technical documents for processes, technology and devices

• Designate the direction for Local Area Network (LAN) and/or Wide Area Network(WAN), internet, wireless, and remote access services

• Validate the Software Defined Network (SDN) infrastructure within the ITecosystem

• Oversee the installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance andeffective use of LAN and/or WAN for the communication of data, voice, text orimages

• Perform technical evaluation and proof-of-concept of new technologies fornetwork infrastructure

Manage Network Operations & Incidents

• Manage network infrastructure to ensure alignment of technical requirements

• Provide technical inputs on the procurement of network equipment and ensurecompliance with procurement policies

• Develop the disaster recovery plan, processes and protocols for disasterrecovery of network infrastructure

• Ensure disaster recovery plan testing activities are performed and technicalcriteria are met

• Perform network fault troubleshooting and root cause analysis to locate sourcesof network issues

Qualification/ Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or degree in Engineering or IT or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate/ Professional (CCNA / CCNP-Enterprise) or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience and strong knowledge in Enterprise IT infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless and load balancers and project management experience.
• Good to have security background of firewall , F5 and proxy
• Experience with Cisco products and NAC (network access control)
• Able to do procurement papers for approvals
