Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for Technical Administrator to be part of the team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Prepare and distribute the Weekly Maintenance Performance Report.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the manager for specific analysis.
- MOM Certification upkeeping.
- Process orders for spare parts as requested by the maintenance team, obtaining quotes and following company procurement procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Receive incoming parts, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure they are correctly logged into the inventory system.
- Coordinate with the storekeeper or directly manage the issuance of parts to technicians, updating stock levels in the system.
- Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.
- Manage departmental filing systems (both digital and physical) for work orders, equipment manuals, and parts warranties.
- Other jobs/duties as assigned by the engineer/manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Min. 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably within maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar technical environment.
- PC proficiency. Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills.
WORKING LOCATION
- Working location: Jurong Island (company transportation will be provided islandwide)
- Working hour: 8am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)
