About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously iterate the data platform
• Build and maintain data pipelines for user behavior data processing based on Flink, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and stability of tracking data.
• Design and maintain the user tagging system, including tag generation, quality validation, and tag governance.
• Build and maintain data application pipelines to support downstream data needs from product, operations, analytics, and algorithm teams, including behavior and user tag data.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts, and business teams to drive the application of user data in refined operations and product optimization.
• Continuously improve the performance, observability, maintainability, and scalability of the data application pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in complex system development.
• Proficient in Java, Python, and SQL for data application development or data processing.
• Familiar with the Apache Flink framework and experienced in real-time or near real-time processing of user behavior data.
• Solid understanding of event tracking systems, including event definitions, attributes, user ID mapping, and tracking data flow.
• Familiar with common user tag categories (e.g., behavioral tags, attribute tags, statistical tags) and their production mechanisms.
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS), NoSQL databases, and analytical data systems (OLAP), such as MySQL, Redis, HBase, Doris, and ClickHouse.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data processing solutions and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Able to use Chinese and English as dailying working language to work with chinese-speaking stakeholders

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading systems. You will work closely with traders, quants, and infrastructure teams to build low-latency, scalable solutions that power real-time trading and market data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-latency, high-performance trading systems using C++
• Optimize system performance with a focus on latency, throughput, and reliability
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate strategies into production systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability in a fast-paced environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architecture improvements
• Continuously improve system performance through profiling and tuning

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years (or more for senior roles) of strong C++ development experience
• Solid understanding of:Data structures and algorithms,Multithreading and concurrency,Memory management and performance optimization
• Experience working on low-latency or real-time systems
• Preferable hands-on experience in trading system /Risk management
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, sockets)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager / PMO Lead with a strong product mindset to drive delivery
and value alignment for a risk management platform. This role combines structured project
execution with product ownership, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and aligned with
business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, resources)
• Establish and maintain PMO governance (OKRs, KPIs, RAID, reporting)
• Align business, risk, and engineering stakeholders on priorities
• Translate business needs into clear delivery plans and backlog
• Drive prioritisation based on impact, risk, and value
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Improve delivery processes and promote outcome-driven execution

Requirements

• Min 8+ years in project management / PMO / product delivery
• Experience in large-scale engineering or fintech systems preferred
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence) and cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes is a plus)
• Experience working in environments requiring both PMO governance and product ownership
• Exposure to risk management systems (pricing, exposure, monitoring) & trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5) or execution systems
