Fire Protection Supervisor

• 5.5 Days || 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
• Working location: Changi

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
• Building Services, Fire Safety Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant trade certificates, safety certificates, or fire protection system training will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in fire protection services for building construction projects.
• Must have direct site supervision experience in the construction industry, preferably in M&E contracting.
• Experience in fire protection services installation, including sprinkler system, hosereel system, wet/dry riser system, fire pump room works, clean agent system, fire extinguishers, and related pipework installations.
• Familiar with Singapore Fire Code, SCDF requirements, approved shop drawings, method statements, inspection and testing procedures.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, CSD drawings, schematic diagrams, specifications, and coordination drawings.
• Good understanding of fire protection installation sequence, material control, quality checks, testing and commissioning requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily fire protection installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure timely completion in line with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to resolve site clashes, access constraints, and installation issues.
• Inspect and verify installation works, including piping systems, supports, valves, sprinkler systems, hose reels, risers, fire pumps, and associated equipment.
• Ensure approved materials are properly delivered, stored, and installed.
• Assist in material requisition, quantity verification, site measurements, and progress tracking.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress, safety compliance, and housekeeping.
• Prepare site reports, including progress updates, manpower records, and inspection status.
• Arrange and attend inspections with consultants, RTOs, main contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Support testing and commissioning activities, including pressure testing, flushing, flow testing, pump testing, and system readiness checks.
• Follow up on inspection comments, defects, punch list items, and non-conformances until closure.
• Assist in verifying subcontractor progress claims based on actual site progress.
• Report site issues, delays, variations, and coordination matter promptly to the Project Manager / Engineer.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, testing, progress, deliveries, and project documentation.
• Support handover, as-built verification, defect rectification, and project close out activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager / Management.

Finance Executive

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; holders of CPA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent professional qualifications) are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for end-to-end accounting management at both real estate development company and project levels, including general ledger, accounts receivable / payable, fixed assets, project costs, and development expenditure accounting.
2. Actively participate in cost accumulation, expense allocation, and progress accounting across different stages of real estate development (land acquisition / design / approvals / construction / completion), ensuring high alignment between financial records and actual project progress.
3. Manage and account for various consultant and contractor costs
4. Design consultants, project management consultants, quantity surveyors (QS), legal, tax, engineering, and other professional service fees
5. Contractor progress payments, variation orders, advance payments, retention sums, and related accounting treatments
6. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting management in project financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management.
7. Handle or assist with local tax matters for real estate projects in Singapore / Malaysia and overseas, including but not limited to: GST / SST, Corporate income tax
8. Withholding tax, particularly in relation to cross-border consultants and contractors
9. Liaise directly with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant authorities, and support annual audits, tax filings, and compliance reviews.
10. Assist in improving financial processes, internal controls, and project financial management systems, supporting simultaneous operations across multiple entities and projects.

Job Summary

You will serve as the single point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, manage data centre operations, and ensure smooth IT infrastructure functioning while adhering to service level agreements and supporting shift work including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for incident management, service requests, and escalation to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor and maintain data centre operations and facilities to ensure system availability and reliability
• Manage equipment movement to support operational needs and asset tracking
• Conduct daily monitoring of system status to detect and address abnormalities promptly
