A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic liaison between HR and business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. They are embedded within specific business units to coach managers, drive talent management, manage employee relations, and steer organizational change.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies that align with business goals.
- Talent Management: Facilitate performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to identify and retain high-performing individuals.
- Change Management: Advise on and lead organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce planning.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach managers on leadership practices, employee relations, and career development.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for complex employee issues, fostering a productive, inclusive culture.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use workforce analytics and metrics to diagnose issues and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, along with 5+ years of experience in HR role
