Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage prospective students and applicants.
• Promote educational programs, diploma, degree, and professional certification pathways.
• Arrange and invite prospects to attend information sessions, preview talks, and consultations.
• Provide basic information on study pathways, career development, and Singapore education opportunities.
• Follow up with inquiries and maintain relationships with prospects.
• Coordinate handover of qualified leads to the admissions and consultancy team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and referrals.
• Achieve recruitment targets and conversion goals.

Requirements

• Strong networking, sales, recruitment, or business development skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiar with social media, online marketing, and community outreach.
• Experience in education recruitment, student counseling, HR, immigration consultancy, or sales is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage flexible hours.
