Coordinate workplace health & safety activities, maintain incident reporting systems, conduct risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture across all departments. - Lead audits, reporting, and compliance management
Manage WHS records, compliance certificates, and internal audits while ensuring adherence to Australian legislation and Accor standards. - Support training, onboarding, and team engagement
Facilitate WHS training programs, maintain training records, and support onboarding to ensure all team members understand safety responsibilities. - Drive continuous improvement and ESG initiatives
Conduct environmental audits, manage ESG reporting, and work with leadership to improve quality, safety systems, and operational performance. - Collaborate and influence across stakeholders
Act as a key advisor to Department Heads, liaise with external bodies (e.g., WorkSafe, auditors), and use strong communication and leadership skills to drive compliance and outcomes.
