Job Descriptions
- Provide consistent professional massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure high level of service standards
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the shop facilities and other parts of the shop.
- Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
- Plays a role in expansion
- Provide training, coaching and performance evaluations
- Participate in Customer retention and Revenue Growth
- Operations Management
- Schedule shifts and manage staff availability
- Supervise and support a team of massage therapists
- Ensure therapists follow proper techniques and protocols
Requirements
- Preferably with iTEC/WSQ certification or massage certification
- Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays
- Minimum one year relevant experience
- Pleasant personality and hardworking
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
