Job Description:

•  Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders
• Manage daily warehousing duties
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt & transfer client goods.
• To plan proper layout and warehouse space planning using company warehouse management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management
• Implement best practices and procedures to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations
•  Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, warehouse activities, and employee performance
• Train and develop warehouse associates to improve their skills and performance
• Responding to and dealing with internal stake holder communication by email and telephone
•  Overseeing the planned maintenance & ensuring good utilization practices of material handling equipment, storage racks & other facilities provided.
• Ensure timely shipment and accuracy in inventory records

Requirements:

• Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Huraian Kerja :

• Mengurus dan memimpin pasukan pekerja gudang untuk memastikan pemenuhan pesanan pelanggan yang tepat pada masanya dan cekap
• Menguruskan tugas pergudangan harian
• Merancang, menyelaras dan memantau penerimaan & pemindahan barangan pelanggan.
• Merancang susun atur dan perancangan ruang gudang yang betul menggunakan sistem pengurusan gudang syarikat.
• Pantau tahap inventori dan laksanakan strategi untuk mengoptimumkan pengurusan inventori
• Melaksanakan amalan dan prosedur terbaik untuk memastikan operasi gudang yang selamat dan cekap
• Mengekalkan rekod yang tepat tentang tahap inventori, aktiviti gudang dan prestasi pekerja
• Melatih dan membangunkan pekerja gudang untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan prestasi mereka
• Menjawab dan mengendalikan komunikasi dalaman pemegang kepentingan melalui e-mel dan telefon
• Mengawasi penyelenggaraan yang dirancang & memastikan amalan penggunaan peralatan pengendalian bahan, rak penyimpanan & kemudahan lain yang disediakan dengan baik.
• Memastikan penghantaran tepat pada masanya dan ketepatan dalam rekod inventori

Keperluan :

• Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma, Ijazah atau setaraf.
• 2+ tahun pengalaman dalam pengurusan gudang atau bidang berkaitan
• Fasih berbahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia

• You lead the IKEA Café, Bistro and Swedish Food Market as a strong communication mix to strengthen IKEA’s home furnishing business market position in the local market.
• You are accountable for the SFM/Bistro revenue and customer satisfaction goals towards IKEA Food Direction & Strategy, including financial performance i.e. gross profit, costs, man-hours planning, and productivity levels.
• You cooperate with the IKEA Food Management Team to enhance the link between the IKEA Restaurant & Café and the Swedish Food Market by taking actions to promote cross merchandising/communication.
• You are responsible for food preparation and the cash registry in ensuring adherence to the guidelines stipulated in IKEA Concept Documentation and IKEA Safety & Security Risk Manual.
• You ensure a safe working environment for co-workers and customers in accordance with prevailing local health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• You act in accordance with the IKEA Sustainability Direction and work with the team to take actions that contribute to sustainability, such as waste management.

• You will lead your team in SFM & Bistro by example and spend 80% of your time on the floor listening, acting, helping and supporting customers and co-workers.
• You ensure the daily operational routines and actions set out by my manager for the area are implemented.
• You will also ensure that the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are followed.
• You will create a “safety first” culture where co-workers are encouraged to raise and discuss concerns and solutions.
