Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety requirements
• Conduct basic inspections and support quality control processes
• Promote safe work practices across factory and site operations

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain basic operational records, schedules, and reports
• Track project timelines, manpower utilisation, and operational efficiency
• Provide updates to management on project status and issues

Training & Development

• On-the-job training provided in: Company products and fabrication processes, Project coordination workflows, Internal systems and reporting processes

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction, fabrication, or operations roles
• Open to mid-career switchers with transferable project or operations experience
• Basic understanding of project coordination and scheduling
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage for coordination with stakeholders

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Office / Factory with site visits
• Local candidates (Singapore Citizens / PRs) preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SGD 4,000 – 5,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Performance bonus subject to company and individual performance
• Transport allowance or support for site visits
