skills & experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction/Civil Management 
• Minimum 15 years of tendering and costing estimation in either civil infrastructure / MRT / CAG Projects
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel
• Proven track record of leading successful bids and securing new business
• Deep commercial acumen, including expertise in contract law and negotiation strategies
