Role Objective

The Assistant Manager / Manager leads DOT's impact evaluation efforts to strengthen intervention measures and program enhancement.

Main deliverables for role:

• Design and implement M&E activities for all client facing projects/ programs run in the organisation; and
• Support program leads/ managers with collection and analysis of data in relation to the progress of their projects;

Main Responsibilities:

1) Monitoring & Evaluation

• Responsible for providing strategic inputs to the management to ensure the organization maintains its course to fulfil its mission. This includes:

3)     Running Funded Programmes 

• Ensure all necessary MOUs with external parties (e.g. MSF or Corporate Donors) are in place and are updated to ensure seamless execution of agreed timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
• Oversee and ensure smooth running of the entire projects, which includes:
• Assessing the needs of a project, and if necessary, building and training a skilled team to ensure KPIs can be met;
• Refining (if necessary) SOP to ensure all stakeholders are clear on the processes, requirements and KPIs to be achieved for the programmes;

Responsibilities

Hairdresser Assistant / Junior Stylist Duties

• Assist senior hairstylists during client consultations and hair service delivery to ensure quality outcomes
• Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients effectively for hair treatments
• Support hair colouring, bleaching, treatments, rebonding, perming, and styling services under supervision
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized salon workstations, tools, and equipment to meet hygiene standards
• Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene consistently throughout operating hours
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to all clients
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and services based on client needs
• Build and maintain a personal client base through effective communication and service
• Assist in scheduling appointments and conducting customer follow-ups to enhance client retention
• Support daily salon operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Social Media & Marketing Duties

• Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with timely posts
• Create engaging multimedia content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts to attract customers
• Respond promptly and professionally to online enquiries and customer messages
• Promote salon services, packages, and special campaigns to increase sales
• Develop and implement marketing ideas to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
• Drive customer acquisition and sales through targeted social media marketing efforts
• Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend improvements for better reach
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, collaborations, and marketing campaigns

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic hairdressing knowledge or prior salon experience
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and sales-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Comfortable appearing in social media content when required
• Positive attitude with willingness to take initiative and learn

We are seeking for a candidate with great leadership qualities and experience to join our team as Hospitality Manager.

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outlet
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth and seamless operation.
• Deliver genuine and convivial hospitality to all our guests
• Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
• Ensure internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced by all team members
• Lead and drive continuous improvements to achieve operational excellence
• Conduct trainings such as OJTs, orientation and service standards as development for each team member
• Support operations manager with administrative matters, such as rostering, leave administration for team, purchasing and inventory management.
• Drive the culture of the Group and ensure that team members apply the Group’s core values

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in management
• Experience in restaurants in Singapore
• Passion for hospitality and high standard of service
• Passion for people - guests, team members, peers and Group

Responsibilities:

a) Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales;

b) Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities;

c) Responsible to maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.

d) Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;

e) Manage restaurant relationships while building towards business goals;

f) Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ application laws;

g) Work with internal team to ensure we are delivering top service in all areas of the business;

h) Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration promoting and marketing the branch and its product;

i) Meeting with customers and resolving any problems or complaints;

j) Monitoring sales targets;

k) Reporting to regional manager;

l) Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Duties:

• Manage floor operations to ensure consistently excellent guest experience.
• Recommends and suggests specialties to guest, up sells whenever possible.
• Train and work together with service and kitchen team to build sales.
• Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationary, stocks for daily use in outlet and manage stock levels and wastage.
• Inspects table and glassware for cleanliness and damages.
• Inspects service stations for cleanliness, functioning of equipment and sufficient supplies.
• Present bill upon request and processes payment.
• Train staff in the outlet as and when necessary.
• Ensure that service team adheres and comply with company’s policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Ensuring that the handover, closing and opening procedures are completed in each shift.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks.
• Support cluster managers in optimising labour usage.
• Perform any others duties as directed by the Restaurant In-Charge and Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
• Management or supervisory experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and highly energized working environment
• Mature and decisive with good business acumen
• Resourceful with excellent management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
