We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Finance Manager to join our container depot business. This is a strategic role working closely with the Managing Director, with a clear pathway to future leadership of the depot.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Provide strategic insights, financial modelling, and support business decision-making
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management
• Partner with the MD on long-term planning and operational improvements
• Gain hands-on exposure to depot operations and commercial activities
• Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA preferred
• 8–12 years’ experience in finance with strong strategic planning exposure
• Experience in logistics or shipping industries is a plus
• Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills
• Ambitious, hands-on, and keen to grow into a general management role
