Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Parent Liaison (Sales & Enrolment) to guide parents through their preschool enrolment journey.

You will be the key point of contact from the first enquiry through to enrolment, delivering exceptional customer service while helping the centre achieve its enrolment targets. Most leads are generated by the company, and you will also contribute ideas and initiatives to drive enrolment growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Parent Enquiries & Sales

• Follow up on inbound and outbound enquiries via calls, walk-ins and digital channels
• Build strong relationships with prospective parents and understand their needs
• Present the preschool's curriculum and programmes confidently
• Convert enquiries into centre visits and successful enrolments

Centre Tours

• Conduct engaging and professional centre tours for prospective families
• Explain the school's curriculum, teaching approach and programmes
• Address parents' questions confidently and professionally
• Follow up after visits to secure enrolments

Customer Experience

• Deliver a warm and personalised experience for every family
• Provide timely follow-up before and after centre visits
• Build long-term relationships with parents to encourage retention and referrals
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the enrolment journey

Performance & Administration

• Achieve enrolment and visit conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups
• Participate in enrolment campaigns and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma 
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or education-related roles preferred

• Our Centre Principals play a vital role in providing effective leadership and ensuring centre viability. Being the cornerstone of the centres, you will lead a team to inspire and nurture children and their communities.
• You will also provide mentorship to this team of professional teachers and enable them to fulfil their aspirations.
• Ensure smooth day to day operations of the centre.
• Oversee event planning of the centre and various community initiatives.
• Planning or centre allocated budget and conducting staff appraisal
• Collaborate with teachers to identify professional goals and provide guidance, resources, and opportunities for career advancement.
• Develop and implement individualised career development plans to support growth, retention, and leadership potential within the school.
• Organise workshops, seminars, and communication initiatives with parents to foster strong home-school partnerships and support children learning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
• Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process as well as licensing.
• Experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or with a capacity of at least 150 children with Infant Care has an added advantage.
