Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical wiring works, including cable pulling, cable trunking, conduit installation, and termination.
Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).
Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
Assist engineers in inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and rectification of electrical wiring systems and control panels.
Read, understand, and follow electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and control drawings.
Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all electrical works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and workmanship standards.
Participate in project work at factory, mill, plant, or customer site as assigned.
Undertake ad-hoc duties and technical assignments as required by the company from time to time.
Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical wiring, panel wiring, site installation, or related industrial electrical works will be an added advantage.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings, control diagrams, and wiring schematics.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good attitude, teamwork, and communication
Familiar with industrial electrical systems and automation-related work will be an added advantage.

Strong report writing and computer literacy skills (essential).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (advantageous).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site throughout project duration.
Flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager to ensure all project work is executed in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Liaise with clients and manage teams of Sub-Contractors and Technicians to ensure successful project execution and completion.
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
Develop comprehensive site work plans and oversee scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
Supervise work quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Attend project briefings and participate in site meetings.
Respond promptly to urgent circumstances requiring immediate action, including emergency assignments.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project progress reports.
